At 5am on Christmas Eve Morning we discovered we had no water. We called Bob Liebig & Sons plumbing right when they opened ( even though we weren't sure they would be with it being Christmas Eve) and Bob called me back within 5 minutes of me leaving a message. He came right out, fixed our issue, didn't over charge, explained the problem and was the sweetest person! We can't recommend them enough! If you have any issues with your pump call Bob Liebig!!

I am very impressed with this company. Our well lost pressure in the evening during a bad storm. We called after hours, expecting to hear back in the morning. Within an hour, the owner of this company called us back and told us that he would have someone out first thing in the morning. Sure enough, two guys showed up around 8:00. It was raining heavily and due to the placement of our well, they had to tromp through mud up to their ankles to reach the pump.

Within about 15 minutes, our well was working again. They simply had to change a capacitor. Both men who came were polite and very helpful. The cost was more than reasonable; less than the deductible for our home warranty program. I highly recommend this company if you are having issues with your well.

Bob Liebig has came out to our home 3 times or so and every time he seems to understand how stressful it can be when there are problems with a well. He calls back promptly and the times we have called him , he has been able to come out promptly as well!
