Okay, this is embarrassing...last year-yup LAST year, in October of '18 (I know...) we called Bob Larson Plumbing to help with our malfunctioning kitchen faucet which was only a few years old. We were nervous about the cost but figured we should call the best, sooo. After a couple of minutes the main guy (a trainee was with him) told me all was done. NO CHARGE. Hello! Do we ever hear those words uttered by a plumber? Well, we did! He explained the problem, showed me how to correct the issue if it happened again (matter of shoving point ""A"" back its track since it can work its way out).
This is why they get a 5 star rating from us! Who ya gonna call? Next time make it Bob Larson!

During the snowstorm, with seven inches of snow on the ground, my boiler started malfunctioning with only intermittent heat. Mr. Larson chained up his vehicle, and made the service call himself, on a Saturday! He fixed the problem at a reasonable cost. He was friendly and professional. I am grateful to be in a warm home during such a cold and snowy week. Thank you!

Two guys came out to install a new bathroom faucet in my new vanity and to install a new, higher shower head (a new arm with the new shower head--basically a matter of screwing and unscrewing the old arm). They hemmed and hawed about attaching PVC to the older drain pipe (old house) and the water lines, which were both brand new. Then they tried to sell me on how hard it was going to be to change out the shower head arm. Their estimate was more than $700. I sent them on their way after paying only the 50$ charge to come out. I found a different plumber who did the job for $210.

I can't speak to their quality of work, (although they came highly recommended from people I trust) as I ended up having to leave town for an emergency and cancel my appointment. I can speak to the scheduler,Debra, who was very nice on the phone and was extremely accommodating to get me on the schedule. I will be calling back and look forward to meeting the rest of the employees!

Bob was able to come out and work on our water heater the same day we called-of course everyone wants their hot water heater working the same day...but this water heater went out a day before our family from another country was arriving to visit-panic!! Bob discovered we needed a special part and did a lot of research and helped us solve the problem. He made sure we were in working order the same day-such a relief! Thanks Bob Larson, AKA; rock star plumber!

We had Wayne from Bob Larson Plumbing come install a missing ice maker line last year and were so happy with his service that we had him back today to install a gas line for our new range. Fantastic, friendly service, absolutely reasonably priced considering the difficulty of the job. The piping install behind the stove area is clean and tidy and the guys picked up after themselves and were very pleasant to deal with, worked quickly and had a sense of humor. Handshakes all around. Both my wife and I were very pleased. I would hire them again without hesitation.

Bob Larson Plumbing came to our home on three different dates, 21 November, 28 November, and 5 December, to help with a plugged drain (sewer). They sent an unlicensed plumber each time but did not fix our issue and were paid in full after the first working visit. Please remember to ask if the people sent to assist you are licensed prior to allowing them to do work in your home. We would definitely not recommend this company.
