I called them, I told them that I had a new water heater onsite and removed the old one, just needed it installed. They quoted me $700 to install and $150 for the permit. This is a 30-60m minute job but they knew it was important bc I had no hot water. Be prepared for them to take advantage of you. Terrible communication from Bradley and the others there. Please find a better plumber and you can see the other poor reviews they have

Wish I had read reviews before calling. I'd leave zero stars but it won't let me. Woman who answered the phone was very nice. Made appointment for Monday between 12-1. With no show by 2 and no phone call, I decided to call to see if they were running behind (or maybe I got the time wrong). No answer. Left a message. No call back. So basically an entire day wasted. If you plan on calling this place, think twice!

My opinion is this facility no longer wants to work on older plumbing. I called and was on the schedule for next day. No show and no call. These guys really been good sort of.... But no longer will call them for help. Left me hanging in time of need and now terribly unreliable

I contacted this company to get an estimate to install a new water supply line into my house. Mr Jones showed up on time (actually a litle bit early) to look over the work I needed and to give me an estimate. When I scheduled the work, the crew was on site bright and early, did a very good job of installing the new line. The only issue I have is with their ""backfill and leveling"" job afterwards.

Bob came to my house a few years ago to give me a quote to replace sections of of old internal drain pipes leading to the outside. He immediately sized up the job, gave me a quote and had a guy there the next day to replace it. The pipe was more complex and cheaper with Bob Jones than a straight piece I had replaced a few years prior.

If I need anything in the future, I'm calling Bob Jones for service.

The company website says ""insured to do work in Maryland, West Virginia and Pennsylvania."" A phone call to schedule an estimate reveals that he doesn't do work in WV and he was quite surprised to know that his website said this.

Given this, and based on some of the other reviews on here, I'm sure you can find a better company.

I had a my main water line bust and didn't know who to call called. I checked around my job and found a lot of my co workers had used Bob Jones Plumbing, so i called them. Bob and his son came out right away . He explained everything in detail and made sure i understood what was happening and how they were going to fix it. The next day Bob and his crew came to fix it. They did a great job and his rate seemed fair. Its rare to see the actual owner in the dirt with his crew. I don't know what the other complaint was about but my experience was wonderful and ill be calling them again for any other repairs i may need

When we scheduled our appointment, we were told the plumber would be here at 2:00. By 4:00, no one had called or showed up. I called several times and spoke with an admittedly very friendly lady who insisted Bob Jones would call me back within 30 mins. She stated this each time I called. No one ever called me back. Such terrible customer service. One star from me.

Professional, knowledgeable, and very affordable for the work I had done. I would highly recommend Bob Jones Plumbing and Heating to anyone seeking their type of services. If I ever need a plumber again they are the only company I will call.
