If I could give negative numbers I would. Bob Jones worked with our warranty company and ordered a new ac unit after saying it was dying. He installed a new unit, we paid for the amount through the warranty company and he charged another $900 and left. The unit never worked and always froze up instantly. He is taking no responsibility for the work and will not refund the money for the unfinished work. He is extremely unhelpful and did not do thorough work let alone quality work. DO NOT trust this contractor!! He will take your money and run leaving you with a system that does not work.

Bob Jones was assigned to us through my home warranty company. They were fantastic! I put in a service request during the evening on a Thursday, and they showed up Friday morning. Wow! They *quickly* diagnosed the issue, fixed the issue, and my AC was back on in less than a 1/2 hour. I am so pleased with their professionalism and knowledge, as well as their willingness to explain the issue to me so I can prevent it/watch out for it in the future. I highly recommend them! After waiting over six weeks for my water heater to be replaced by the first contractor assigned by home warranty company. I was finally reassigned Bob Jones. My water heater was replaced in one day!

Good afternoon: I was referred to Mr. Jones through a close friend - Mr. Jones came to my house review the problem and advised me of the necessary steps to fix my heating system - after taking more then an hour to clean and check the entire system he was able to fix my 25 year old system and I am now ready for the winter weather. Mr. Jones fair direct and professional in all aspects.

I thank him for all that he did - due to fact that I was told I needed a new system and the cost would be $4,900 - thank you again Mr. Jones and I will make sure to pass your name and company to my friends and family.
