I had a issue with a leak in the kitchen, they had over 100 excellent reviews, so I called. It was easy setting up the appointment. After arriving, they quickly diagnosed the problem and their estimate was way below my expectations. I had them also fix a couple of other issues and my experience was fantastic. If you are looking for a honest and courteous plumbing company, this is the only plumbing company I will call. They also educated me how to take care of my plumbing (preventative maintenance) and answered all my questions, they do offer emergency service, Ask for Max. Max left and started his own company, I go to max not bob.

I had a water leak of unknown origin. Max and Kyle were dispatched and shortly located the problem. Did a great job working with my home warranty company to get the claim resolved immediately. By far the best, most professional and courteous plumbing experience I have ever had. Would definitely recommend and will call them for all future plumbing needs!!

I spoke with Bob on Monday, at that time he says he can complete a water heater repair on Wednesday but he will call me back. I have no recored of his returned call and call him 8:30am Wednesday and he has no recollection of speaking with me and is now conviently booked for the day. Clearly his response doesn't represent the 5 star service he appears to have provided to others here. Im sure there is a reliable and trust worthy plumbing service who wants my business and is willing to replace the elements and thermostat.

Used their services twice, once to replace the valves and feed hoses leading to my washer; and a second time to replace my water heater. Very professional, polite, and friendly. The charges for the the work was inline with plumbing I've had done on other houses I've owned. Small family run operation and the fees reflect their small efficient business.

Very positive experience. Bob and his helper put in a new water heater which given its location was a complicate task. The job to 4.5 hours, more I am sure than they had expected, in part because some of the plumbing being connected caused failures and leaks in another location. That caused a partial rework of the install. However they plodded on until the install was completed in a thoroughly professional manner. He is in demand and I can see why: professional, through, quality work, and a good humor to go with it. I will use him again.

Bob and Max are professionals. They do great work. The job was a fairly large new plumbing job to connect to my existing plumbing in my house -or more accurately under my house. I felt completely comfortable giving them keys to the house as their work hours were the same as mine and they needed access to the work site when I was away at work. Aside from a few surprise additions to final bill that should have been covered by the original estimate, I am pleased with their work and level of professionalism. They could have earned a solid 5 star rating if they hadn't thrown in a few extra charges. I was even going to give Max a significant tip, but the up charges more than took care of that. I highly recommend Bob and Max. I'd get a detailed estimate and contract them again in the future.
