Bob was super helpful throughout the whole process of working with him. We messaged and spoke on the phone to determine what my plumbing needs were and he suggested a make and brand of tankless water heater that we needed to upgrade. He arrived on time and was able to get all the repairs completed in a timely manner. His prices are very reasonable and he stands behind his work. Bob is definitely my go to plumber!

I've been having Bob Hunter do all the plumbing for my house for about 20 years. He's a great plumber, a craftsman. He's done so many different and tricky jobs for me as well as installing dishwashers, garbage disposals, water heaters and water filters. He also replaced all of my outgoing waste pipes and put in a sprinkler system in the back. I would highly recommend him.

Bob Hunter did a great job for me. Home in Tujunga - sewer cleanout, did a video so I could see what was really going on with my main house sewer line. I had been told by others in the past that I had sewer problems (cracks, breaks, etc). As it turns out - NO. Just the standard problems of tree roots getting in due to small cracks in the clay pipe joints. The video showed me what was happening and he explained why. I appreciate his honesty, and his thoroughness in taking the time to explain what was going on. Will I use him again - YES. Annual sewer line maintenance is what is called for here, and he also noted that this is simply what happens when you have lots of trees around your property - they are always looking for water. Bob was recommended enthusiastically by a neighbor, and I saw all of his glowing reviews on Yelp so I was hopeful he would be able to help us install a whole house water softener system. We scheduled a time for him to come see our property and he said he would need about an hour, but he was only there for a few minutes. He said he'd send a proposal a couple of days later, but then I didn't hear from him. When I followed up about a week later, he said he was too busy to do our project. I really would have appreciated it if he had told me he was too busy when I first called. I assume he does excellent work when he actually does a job, but he needs to be forthright about his availability from the beginning.

I was introduced to Bob through my former landlord, who had tremendous confidence in Bob. Bob has assisted me in my new home several times. His work is thorough and professional. If something needs to be adjusted, he will typically make a return trip at no charge. There was an instance where I used to live when Bob was out of town. Another company wanted to charge some outrageous amount to fix a kitchen drainage problem. The owner declined and when Bob got back in town, he resolved the issue for much less. He is honest and dependable. I highly recommend his services.

I called several plumbers for a hot water heater; Bob's estimate was very reasonable, and he took the time to explain the process (it was a straightforward, quick swap), as well as the expected performance we'd get out of the 50 gal. replacement. We scheduled, and he was promptly on-time and finished the job super quickly. *And* (!!!) he cleaned everything up spic-n-span! Now we have hot water again! So relieved! Before he left, I showed him another job we're planning in the next couple of months -- a kitchen remodel -- and he had some great suggestions that will save us a lot of money. I've been using Bob for all my plumbing needs the past 10 years. Completely trustworthy, reliable and does excellent work. He's taken care of the smallest (recently extended a gas line in my backyard for my BBQ) to complete copper upgrades. He does it all including hot water tank replacements.

He's also clean, doesn't leave a mess behind and guaranteed no butt crack!
