Bob was recommended enthusiastically by a neighbor, and I saw all of his glowing reviews on Yelp so I was hopeful he would be able to help us install a whole house water softener system. We scheduled a time for him to come see our property and he said he would need about an hour, but he was only there for a few minutes. He said he'd send a proposal a couple of days later, but then I didn't hear from him. When I followed up about a week later, he said he was too busy to do our project. I really would have appreciated it if he had told me he was too busy when I first called. I assume he does excellent work when he actually does a job, but he needs to be forthright about his availability from the beginning.

I was introduced to Bob through my former landlord, who had tremendous confidence in Bob. Bob has assisted me in my new home several times. His work is thorough and professional. If something needs to be adjusted, he will typically make a return trip at no charge. There was an instance where I used to live when Bob was out of town. Another company wanted to charge some outrageous amount to fix a kitchen drainage problem. The owner declined and when Bob got back in town, he resolved the issue for much less. He is honest and dependable. I highly recommend his services.

I called several plumbers for a hot water heater; Bob's estimate was very reasonable, and he took the time to explain the process (it was a straightforward, quick swap), as well as the expected performance we'd get out of the 50 gal. replacement. We scheduled, and he was promptly on-time and finished the job super quickly. *And* (!!!) he cleaned everything up spic-n-span! Now we have hot water again! So relieved! Before he left, I showed him another job we're planning in the next couple of months -- a kitchen remodel -- and he had some great suggestions that will save us a lot of money. I've been using Bob for all my plumbing needs the past 10 years. Completely trustworthy, reliable and does excellent work. He's taken care of the smallest (recently extended a gas line in my backyard for my BBQ) to complete copper upgrades. He does it all including hot water tank replacements.

He's also clean, doesn't leave a mess behind and guaranteed no butt crack!

I've used Bob for jobs multiple times. He does a really good job with maintenance and trouble shooting and has very fair pricing. I like that he fully explains everything so that you understand the issue AND what he is going to do to solve it, so you aren't left there wondering what the issue was or what work is getting done. His communication is good, and I appreciate that he'll communicate via text (as I can't always take phone calls). I definitely trust his experience and workmanship with my ooooooold house's plumbing. I surely recommend him to you for your plumbing needs!
Side note: He is following Covid-19 safety protocols to a T, which I also greatly appreciate!

Bob has been our go-to plumber for several years. I'm actually embarrassed I haven't written a review until now! Bob is extremely knowledgable, thorough and reliable. He shows up on time, works quickly and efficiently, and is fair in his pricing. He will tell you exactly what the issue is and how it is best resolved, even if it doesn't involve needing his services! He has fixed leaks, upgraded our pipes, installed a tankless water heater and most recently installed a kitchen hood. A well rounded plumber to say the least. I highly recommend him!
