EXTREMELY OVERPRICED!!!

I paid $2600. Called him to unclog toilet after dropping something in it. He wound up replacing the toilet and charging me over $2600!!!!

Could not/would not provide an itemized bill after asking twice. His bill was a long rambling narative with a total amount.

If you use him, get a firm estimate.

our garbage disposal stopped workin. I called and spoke to his wife. I asked his wife what a new disposal would cost. She said I had to discuss it with Bob. He came and quickly using a wrenchette fixed the disposal. He still tried to sell me a new disposal for 750 - 979 I said no since the old one worked. He charged me 250 for a 10 minute service call. My neighbor paid a plumber for a new disposal with installation 290 .

This guy is significantly higher than most plumbers in the area, even the one's who are large firms with huge overhead. I got someone else to do the job for literally half of what he quoted me, and they had very similar experience levels. Look elsewhere.

Good experienced plumber prompt service however he ripped of my kids who where house sitting for me charging them $400 to install a new valve cartridge if I was at home I could have repaired this issue in under a half hour for less than $20! If you know nothing about basic plumbing then for sure use this company just expect to pay an outrageous price. If you can fix the basics (like a valve cartridge) then save your money and do it yourself don't get overcharged but this company.

I feel that they are taking advantage of the bad issues we are having right now around the country and charging outrageous prices for simple service.

Seriously, Beware of this guy! He just charged my elderly parent's $880. to replace a simple fill valve $30. He pretended to make a bigger job out of it by removing their toilet and staying longer to justify his outrageous price. My cousin recently bought a $220. toilet from Home Depot and Home Depot charged him $125. to install it. That tells you what a criminal Bob Hoegler is. My parents live in a pretty nice house so Bob figured why not bang them out is all I can guess. Make sure you get a price in writing from this guy before he does any work for you. I am assuming family members gave him good reviews, and you should too.

Bob Hoegler has been my plumber for quite some time. He's completed several projects over the years and I never had an issue. Just last week, he fixed a problem in my shower. He is knowledgeable, professional, his work is high quality and meticulous and I've never had to wait long for an opening in his schedule. Last week, I had same day service and while the job he was at prior to mine was taking longer than expected, MaryAnn kept aware of his timing throughout the day, allowing me to adjust my schedule accordingly. The high-quality work and top-notch customer service does come with a bit of a premium in price, but definitely worth the expense. I recommend Bob for both small and large projects. You won't be disappointed in his work. Thanks so much, see you next time!

We have used Hoegler Plumbing for years. Bob has come over in the night when one hot water heater sprung a leak in the winter time and he and his partner replaced the heater that night. He has come early in the morning when years later another water heater stopped heating the water. He came immediately in the middle of his work day when my kitchen faucet exploded. Yep. I have great luck! And finding Hoegler Plumbing was some of the best. The work is done correctly and quickly and cleanly.

My sump pump recently died and there was considerable water accumulation in the pit. I reached for my yellow pages and found Bob Hoegler Plumbing listed. I figured I'll do a Google search on the company and was amazed to find that almost 95% or more of the reviews were positive. I did'nt look for any one else. I called around 8:45am and before the third ring there was avery pleasant voice at the other end. MaryAnn set up the appointment and Bob was in my home before 11am. He did an absolutely fabulous job, very proffessionally and at a very resonable rate. I am thoroughly pleased and satisfied with the work he did and he will be coming back to do some major repairs for me in the very near future. I highly recommend Bob and once you have any kind of plumbing work done, you will never look for any one else. Had an issue with a leaky bathroom tub after having a plumbing co. come out and redo it all about five years ago and was not satisfied with the outcome. So I attempted to fix it myself this time around with no luck so I called and made arrangements for them to come out not only did he fix what the other plumbers didn't finish he also fix the leak. Very satisfied with the outcome this time and will definitely be calling for any further plumbing issues thanks so much.

Had a leaking, outdoor spigot and his name was given to me by a neighbor. I was pleased that he was able to come out the very next day and not only arrived on time but was EARLY.
I Had found the replacement part at Lowe's for less than $60. He and his partner said they could do it in about an hour and they would charge me $300 +tax. I agreed because I wanted to get this repair done.
They were helpful, knowledgeable and very thorough. I am very pleased with their work.
But I would not use them again or recommend them because of their highly inflated pricing.
