Horrible..He did our compliance and water testing. Did not test water correctly, which cost us hundreds more dollars and found out he did not run the water long enough and wanted more money after screwing up. He is difficult and defensive and had the gull to change price we agreed upon.. Unethical and also does not take pride in doing his job correctly! Complete scammer!

He has pumped our septic system for every three years since 2001. He has always showed up on the arranged date and done the work professionally. Even at the beginning, he didn't have any difficulty figuring out where the tank was. For our compliance test, he's never had to work with the drain field.

Do not use company for a Septic Compliance test. He does not know what he is doing. I used Bob as a second opinion on a previous compliance test. He calls me and tells me he can't find the drain field(other person was able to find it and the one I had to hire after him could find it). He said he could charge me $800 to dig up the yard to find it. DO NOT waste your money hiring him for a septic compliance test. He doesn't know what he is doing and will rip you off. It was his job to find the drain field and he couldn't do it. Go elsewhere.
