Not only did these guys come out, charge me $100.00 to NOT fix the problem (because they thought I needed a camera and dig up the pipes, I needed to snake the drain in another spot which I even showed them) now, after the storm I had a leak in the roof....I had an honest roofer come out...told me that when they snaked the drain from the roof...they pulled up a metal brace and they left it....he fixed it with a hammer !!! THESE GUYS SUCK !!!!

I hate to say it but I have used then for years and just recently they were incapable of clearing a washer drainline clog, which another plumber did with ease once snaked in the right pipe.... Huge fail...won't worry about keeping your #

Avoid at all costs. Crews showed up appearing drunk or high, and had no idea what kind of job they were supposed to be working on. I could go on, but bottom line is it took 2 months of back and forth to finally just order the parts myself and handle it. This company is disorganized, irresponsible and unremorseful for any of it.

Another plumber diagnosed my problem as a broken pipe under the slab and gave me a $20,000.00 estimate to replace all plumbing in both the back to back bathrooms. I got a second opinion from Honest Bob Frank. Showed him the video from the 1st plumber. He told us without clearing the blockage we couldn't be sure if the pipe was broken or just obstructed. He came out, cleared the obstruction at the base of the main stack, put his camera on it to confirm, and we are back to draining normally. Bob Frank was honest, direct and did not jump to conclusions. He's definitely old school but has all the tools as well. Jetting, camera... all of it. Big recommendation and Thank You, Bob!

I don't recommend this business. We found them to be horribly disorganized and they wasted quite a bit of our time - and didn't even do the repair! We ended up using someone different and it was a night and day difference between the two business. Just look elsewhere.

They charge $165 for a service call even to inspect work that they did. I called Bob Frank Plumbing to video my sewer lines and find out where the blockage was. They replaced a 2 ft piece of sewer line and installed a new sewer line clean-out for $735. This was expensive repair but they did a good job. I then had a problem 2 months later and they came back to check it out. They charged me $165 for 30 minutes of work. They do good work but this company is extremely expensive.

I woke up one Sunday morning to find the hose from the hot water heater to the washer was spraying water. My regular plumber was on a cruise. I went to Yelp and located Bob Frank that was listed as open on Sunday and was close to home. I called and they sent someone out. He was there 45 minutes and replaced the hose ( parts 53.00) total bill 323.00 WTF!!! In my experience most companies wave the service call if you have the work done. NOT THEM... 90.00 service call and 180.00 in labor charges and 53.00 in parts. When I told my neighbor he stated its a 20.00 part at Home depot. I called the owner on Monday and spoke to the office manager who said he would call me. NO CALL. Then he held the check a month before depositing. I would NEVER use them again. All I was asking if the tech was correct in charging the service call. Must be nice to make 270.00 an hour. BEWARE................. And Still shows as being open on Sunday on this sight yet I was charges """"emergency rates"""" Shame on you.

Came home at 4:30 PM to a notice that there was likely a massive leak on our property. After my husband dug through the yard he found the geyser. After trying to contact 4 other plumbers we had heard of with no answer, we reached out to a friend who just had some plumbing work done. They recommended Bob Frank. We called and they answered at 7:30 PM! Ray came out, cut the water supply and fixed the issue by 8:30 PM. He was empathetic to our situation and more importantly, he was fast! We will be using Bob Frank for our plumbing needs in the future!

Today the tech came to fix the leak in the shower and replace the """"rigged"""" shower handles I inherited when I bought the house. They did a fantastic job, quick and professional. I will definitely call them when I'm ready to make the necessary repairs on my garage shower.

Horrible customer service. Broke drain cover and then jaime the plumber proceeded to throw a tantrum because he had to comr back out to give us the proper fitting pipe cover. Not to mention his continuous cigarette smoking in yiur face on a job you are paying him to do. Will never use them again or recommend them.
