Called Bob Frame Plumbing one afternoon for a leak that was coming through the basement ceiling. Kyler came our the next morning. He knew right away where the leak was coming from. He gave me two scenarios on how it could be fixed. He recommended one fix if the parts fit. They did! He did the repair and was on his way after checking the repair. I am very happy with their service and price. Kyler was great and I would request him again if I have any other plumbing issues. Thank you Kyler and Bob Frame Company!

Shut offs replaced for washer line. Kyle came , on overtime and fixed our issues. He was professional and fast. It wasn't as expensive as I was expecting. Great service...I highly recommend Bob Frame plumbing.

We had somewhat of an ejection pump emergency (on a Thursday afternoon) and Bob Frame Plumbing got us taken care of in less than 24 hours when I was originally told it may be Monday before they could get to us.

The problem was so simple the technician quickly determined the problem, did a thorough check of the system, and explained everything and answered all my questions.

Besides getting us taken care of so quickly, because the problem was so simple, we were not charged for the visit. When does that ever happen!?!

Plugged toilet. Called many companies and they could not schedule an appointment for days. Bob Frame got us next day. Technicians were in and out fast unclogging the toilet. The also have a senior discount. Highly recommend.

I recently had a flood in my basement. Water was coming in from everywhere for approximately three days. I had two different waterproofing companies try to help me unsuccessfully. I finally found Tyler with Bob Frame Plumbing and he was able to run a camera in my perimeter drain and ascertain that the problem most likely came from excess ""sock"" on the exterior of the perimeter drain that had been stuffed into the inlet where the perimeter drain enters the sump pit. This sock had cause sediment buildup and finally clogged the inlet. I was extremely impressed with Tyler's professionalism and with the entire Bob Frame staff. I highly recommend them.

They were able to repair my leak same day!! The technician was helpful in explaining what needed to be done and got to work right away.

My biggest concern was that he worked on the repair for about an hour and I was billed more then that. There policy is travel time is part of the bill. I live in the city, it is of my opinion that some travel is to be expected, and should not have to incur this cost within.

My water heater went out. I called at 7:45am and a plumber was at my house at 9:45am. He was very efficient and thorough. Measured my space for the appropriate size heater needed. (I live on a slab and have a small closet for the furnace, water heater and water softener.) The plumber laid down absorbent toweling that ran from the furnace room, through the dining room and down the hallway to the front door. I returned to work, as I felt very comfortable leaving someone in my house. Upon my return home, all of the furniture that needed to be moved was back in its place, the floor was clean and even the floor in the furnace room showed no signs of any work being done. I highly recommend Bob Frame Plumbing.

Did an excellent job locating a tile drain 6 foot deep which two other services could not locate. Put on a clean out and helped create a plan to convert a drywall to a more functional drain I could access and clean. They helped finally solve my problem with waterbackup to house from gutters connected to a tile drain. Thanks!

Avoid this company! Last year had them out to fix water heater. I thought the bill was high. Dispatcher said that labor charge starts from when the phone call was made. Tech admitted he finished another job after call came in, said we were lucky the job he was on was close by or it would have been a lot more. After tech left, we smelled gas. Called him back and tech argued with us that it wasn't possible. Tested and there was a gas leak. Tech finally came back out and said he wouldn't charge us for the return trip. Gee thanks!

Thought it was all just a one-time screw up and bad tech. So, called them again when water heater failed a year later. Tech came out and spent couple hours 'cleaning debris' from charge line. Gave us a $258 bill and an estimate of another $960 to replace igniter switch and control valve OR $1500 for a new unit.

Why would he rack up $258 bill on a unit that might need to be replaced? I complained. Owner called me and told me tech followed his manual. I called another company and got a repair estimate under $500 and a total replacement for under $1000.


This company is all about racking up the labor hours. They charge WAY above market for their services. Tech and staff are nice but I question their competence and I know they are seriously over-priced. Do yourself a favor and find another provider.

Do not go to this company in an emergency!!!

My fiancée and I came home late at night to find that the main sewer line had backed up flooding both toilets and the bathtub. We started calling different plumbing companies to try to figure out whether or not we could get someone out to fix it because it was literally impossible to use the toilets in the house without them flooding the bathroom again. Finally, at 1:30 in the morning we got a call from this company's tech. Yay!! My fiancée answered the phone and the first thing he said was ""are you sure you have an emergency at 1:30 in the morning?"" Yes, or we wouldn't be calling you... When she asked me to speak to him he first asked me if I had heard from anyone else and when I told him no he told me that the going rate for clearing the main sewer line was $985 because it was a weekend. I have since gotten estimates from two other companies to do the work. They were $375 and $270 respectively. Honestly, if you don't want to do emergency repairs then don't advertise those services. And if you need emergency repairs, don't go to this company because they won't be responsive and will try to gouge you.
