Samantha T.Bob Downey plumbing redid my 75 year old mothers pipes when her basement started backing up with water they started it that day but first which I liked the best about them is they made sure to call me before letting my mother write a check or sign a contract before starting and doing the work. Which most people would just let a 75-year-old sign a contract and not know what they really were getting into Bob made sure to call me first. They did a great job and had it completely finished in one day. The one main plumber they always use is very sweet to my mother especially since my father had just passed she is very lonely and he sat and explained everything to her and made her feel like she was apart of the whole thing. Thank you for making us feel like family.thank u Bob and thank u Lon.it would have been a nitemare without u.
Stephen C.Sorry but I can't recommend these guys. They came out when promised fixed a broken shutoff valve & replaced my laundry room taps....which are now leaking. I called the guy 5 or 6 times for his recommended sump pump professional (he saw a leak) & he either promised to call back or have me call back another day. I eventually gave up. They're not worth the effort.
