Bob Brown is one of the most respectful and considerate plumbers I have ever met. He communicated to me what the problem was and how to fix it. He told me that my ancient pipes might break while getting access to the fix... They did. He fixed it expediently and in the least invasive to plumbing and the rest of the living space as possible.. and he cleaned up perfectly afterward. While he was at my place he left his shoes outside on a very rainy day so my carpet would not get wet and dirty. I would recommend him and his crew to everyone seeking an honest, reliable, conscientious and technically qualified plumber. Thank you Bob!
