Bob is about as good as it gets when it comes to choosing a plumber. The main reasons are he does great work and is just an honest guy which can be hard to find in a plumber. Prices are reasonable and we will likely only use Bob for all our plumbing needs. He has replaced pipes in our house, replaced our hot water heater and has repaired numerous gas leaks. I have seen him TOO often over the last year but in all seriousness he is a great plumber. Highly recommend!!

We have old galvanized pipes in some of our vintage home and they get difficult to clean out. I've been putting off fixing the slow drain (until it stopped draining altogether) because we are planning some remodeling and an addition this year. Just couldn't wait any longer.

I have extensive experience with plumbers... the honest guys and the really dishonest ones too.

Bob's a straight shooter. He's a nice guy too, but that's just an added bonus. It was a struggle but Bob stuck with it and got the job done. I also took the opportunity to talk to him about the plumbing and the potential fixes for the future. He had some ideas that I hadn't thought of that would save us a ton of time, money and mess.

When you find a good plumber, stick with him.

So, I'm happy.. it's Friday, worked out at my favorite gym today, hung out with my favorite wife (just kidding.. only have 1 of those) shopped at my favorite store and got my pipes cleaned... not necessarily in that order.

Bob is the only person we've ever had work on any aspect of our house that has made us completely comfortable. He does the work himself, and is a complete professional. The business side of things isn't the most ironed out situation, but he is a true professional plumber, and like I said the most trusted person we've ever had in our house. We ask him for references when we need non plumbing work done on the house because we trust him so much.
