Bob came out to repair a faulty installation of the tub in my master bathroom. It was draining extremely slowly. I told him I had tried to snake the drain, as well as using a plunger. I told him the tub was rarely used so there really shouldn't be anything clogging it up, and when I used the snake it came up clean, but I couldn't get it to go very far. He decided to snake the drain again, and it also came up clean, but hit a ""dead end"". I helped him measure from the back wall of the house and the side wall to determine where the drain would be If we went through the ceiling below . He said he didn't have time to do anything else that day,but would be in touch, as he was busy with other jobs all week. This cost me approximately $240 . This was in September. I've now called 4 times since and left messages, and he never returns my calls. So I literally dumped money down the drain and will have to find another plumber.

Bob Bollweg Plumbing is great. We have had Bob at our home twice this year. Once to install a new utility sink and shower head and more recently to install a new water heater. Our water heater failed at about 9pm on a Sunday night. I left Bob a voicemail that same night and he called me back the following morning before his posted hours, telling me he'd be by late morning/early afternoon to replace our water heater. He is very responsive, very clean, and very clear about what he's doing and what it will cost. It also makes me feel good to use a local plumber.

Bob is about as good as it gets when it comes to choosing a plumber. The main reasons are he does great work and is just an honest guy which can be hard to find in a plumber. Prices are reasonable and we will likely only use Bob for all our plumbing needs. He has replaced pipes in our house, replaced our hot water heater and has repaired numerous gas leaks. I have seen him TOO often over the last year but in all seriousness he is a great plumber. Highly recommend!!
