Bob & Matt (son) are both awesome. Had a big commercial job that was very diverse and they executed on everything from facilitating the cutting of concrete and running underground plumbing all the way up to installing the faucets on our beautiful remodeled bathrooms. Couldn't recommend them enough!

Watch out for the son. The mother who answers the phone covers for him. She will verbally change your writen contract because her son cannot do the work. It was a pleasure to have Mr. Billa (father)do my re-pipe, thank goodness. I didn't know how bad the son was until he was sent to install my facet. I could write a book about all the things the son did wrong or should I say didn't do! Unbelievable! He was banging so hard he almost cracked my new farmhouse sink. He had me in tears. I hope Mr. Billa (father) reads this.

Your drivers need to be respectful while in a company vehicle and not try to intentionally cause a accident. This morning September 7th at 8:04 am heading north on 301 I had just dropped my son off at preschool and I have to get across 3 lanes in a short period off time during rush hour. I put my turn signal on the whole time and as I'm getting in the 3rd lane which is coming to a stop ahead your driver races up blows his horn to try and prevent me from getting over, my front half is in the lane while his front half is comes close to hitting the back left of my vehicle all because he doesn't want to let me over. Then he proceeds to cut another person off to go around in the other lane. This is very unprofessional and rude and looks really bad for you company.

Sloppy work; this is how I can summarize the work of this company represented in this case by Matthew. We call to fix a clogged toilet, for this, he removed the toilet and ended up breaking the flange, then says he has no spare parts or where to go to buy it (at 3:15 pm) and leave us with the toilet without being able to be used for 24 hours.(This is the frame of time that he says it needs to repair a flanger partially broken) The specialty of this gentleman is making speeches, but what he does with his hands does not correspond to what comes out of his mouth, definitely what he does well is to justify his sloppy work. I do not recommend this gentleman to anyone.

Very professional!!! Awesome work!!! Our kitchen sink and dishwasher needed extensive work. Matt diagnose our plumbing issues relatively quickly and was very informative on our options. We were very please with the price and his work. Our kitchen is back up and running properly again and we are very thankful. I would definitely recommended

buyer beware- be sure you have a quote in hand- orherwise after installation you might find that the part is 3x more expensive than you expected!
