I requested a quote online and instantly got a call from a plumber by the name of Igor. Igor was very helpful off the bat. He answered all my questions and even gave a couple advice on preventing the same problem on happening again.

My problem is pretty much similar to many people I think. A clog in our kitchen sink and with a leak. It small but big mess to take care of. Igor was able to show up the following day after giving me a estimate over the phone I couldn't resist. I agreed and he came with a written contract with an extended warranty added for the work he was going to do.

Overall very pleased with the results and the work Igor did! He made it all happen for us smoothly!

All right so I contacted boardwalk sewer recently to see if they could help us with a couple of leaks that we had in our home. This company was able to come down give us a quote we didn't go with your service at the beginning but we called the other companies and those other companies was not able to beat this companys prices. I then reached back out to this company and they were able to successfully fix my kitchen leak and my bathroom leak. They were able to repair my toilet because it was overflowing for Nordstrom cost because there wasn't much needed to be done. Thanks again guys for the help I will consider using guys again in the future. Super happy with the service and I will recommend you guys to France.

Based on a Yelp search, I originally reached out to Boardwalk Sewer several years ago for a clogged bathroom drain.  Based on this initial experience, I found their technicians to be knowledgeable and courteous, work to be thorough and clean taking the time to wear shoe covers every time they enter, and pricing to be comparable to other licensed companies in the area.  Since this time, I have called upon their team for both, large and small jobs alike and have been happy with the results every time.


My experiences have all involved Dakotaz and any combination of Sardor and Joey.  These guys have never attempted to pressure me into a repair or work order whatsoever.  Instead, they have always diagnosed the issue, presented the options, and I made the decision that worked best for my situation.  This seems to be the company culture, based on my conversations with the owner, as well.  One one occasion, there was a large job in which I needed to discuss certain options - the owner was as flexible as I felt he could be and the outcome was fair to me.
