***DO NOT USE***I called this plumber because the previous owner was very reputable and honest. Our boiler broke and we needed a repair quickly, so we decided to call them. We knew the previous owner sold the business, but we had no idea that the current owner was so deceptive and workmanship is questionable. The first red flag came with my initial phone conversation where he was very disinterested in speaking with me and would wait to speak with my husband. They left a huge mess in the basement, grime ground into the floor is now a stain. I asked for additional shut off valves, was told I didn't need them, later to find out he didn't want to have to run to the supplier to get them. He told me I was out of oil, so I had a delivery made. The delivery man confirmed I was not out of oil. Reality was the pump was bad, but that was the last thing checked after replacing the controller and filter. Insisted on being paid by check when the van states credit cards accepted. Several more smaller issues but I will never use this plumber again. $1,300 mistake.
