I called for help, and was told they didn't want to do any work for me because of the manufacturer of my equipment. They also made reference to other customers that refused to pay their bill, assuming I was one of them without even knowing who I was. Very unprofessional and rude! I wouldn't even bother making the call.

You guys rock! We had a plumbing emergency on a Saturday and called your office and ten minutes later, you all were on the way! You took care of the problem sump pump, took away the old one, put in the new one one and made sure that everything was in order before you left. Great job! Thank you - would certainly recommend to anyone.

Called Barry at BNH on a Sunday for what turned out to be a major problem in the water system of our house. He came out and worked very hard to fix the problem. Very pleased with his work and feel we were treated fairly on the price; especially for it being an emergency call on a weekend. Would (and plan to) use him again.
