Did my conversion from oil to gas in my house with this company! Can't say enough good things about them. Very friendly, receptive to my concerns & perform A++ work. What more can you ask for? Super reliable, always kept their word, they filed for all the permits and proper paperwork as well. Was very pleased I chose them for this big job.

Excellent master plumber. We wholeheartedly recommend El and Lenny and all the hardworking plumbers at BMT Plumbing. They're skillful plumbers, problem solvers and expediters and we couldn't be more grateful to have found them. El/BMT proved efficient, honest, reliable, and great to work with. We renovated a landmarked townhouse in Manhattan and have worked with various NYC area contractors and El's one of the best, an utmost professional.

We smelled gas and called Con Edison on 12/1, only to have our building ""red tagged"" and the gas shut off and locked from the street. The gas ended up being more complicated than we anticipated, as did the ""red tag,"" inspections and paperwork -- all of which El explained, addressed and took care of promptly. El and BMT worked tirelessly to make multiple repairs in a fraction of the time that was quoted by the other plumbers I consulted (we had consultations with 3 other plumbers/plumbing companies, and hired El as quickly as possible).

We had many problems and city agencies to deal with including a violation from the DOB and multiple, out-of-date, leaky pipes in various states of disrepair. Despite a very bleak outlook at the beginning of the job, we were pleasantly surprised to have our heat restored sooner than even El predicted, so as not to compromise the integrity of the entire building, without heat and hot water in freezing temperatures. The immediate problem has been resolved to alleviate pressure from the infrastructure of the building, the DOB, and our tenants while we continue to file for and expedite all necessary permits and paperwork -- none of which is straightforward, simple, or accessible to a random civilian (especially after multiple building explosions in NYC last year). We are so pleased that we found El and BMT. The BEST.
