When we moved into our home, we discovered we had an underground gas leak in the backyard. After dealing with insurance and making several calls to other contractors in the area, BMS was miles ahead in terms of professionalism. Brian was great to work with when it came to scheduling and questions prior to the project starting. Once underway, Andrew and Ian were also top notch in taking care of the repair/replacement and addressing any questions or concerns. Naturally, I hope to not need their services again (especially when it comes to gas leaks), but should I find myself encountering any future gas, plumbing, or HVAC issues, BMS is hands down who I will be calling.

Brian did a excellent job!
He was a pleasure to work with and accommodate the date and time I needed and was very reasonable. He even took the time to troubleshoot anything that could come up down the line! He text and communicated the entire time. He even went over and above and text a picture letting me know he was on his way. Which I thought was great, so we knew who was coming!

BMS has serviced my house twice so far. Once they came to fix our AC and the second time was to look into our heat pump. Both times they came within hours and that was perfect given that we have young twins and going without AC or heat was very difficult. They are also very good with abiding by COVID-era guidelines. I highly recommend their services.
