My experience is the same as Stephanie's. In fact, I thought someone wrote my review/experience for me.

Please do not do business with this company. You could possibly get asked for cash or a check upfront, then the disappearing act happens and your out of the money you gave for parts and the repairs are never completed.

Poor communication, A LOT OF EXCUSES why there is a delay in getting the job done and ultimately the work has to be completed by another reputable company.

BMB Plumbing is the WORST! Our home warranty company sent them out to replace a hot water heater. The owner showed up 3 hours late and after 5 phone calls. He agreed the hot water heater was out, took our check for $125, told us it would take a few days to get authorization for American Home Shield and to pull a permit. I called AHS and they said it would be authorized over the phone when he called it in. The owner did not return any phone calls from us for a week. The only communication we had was through AHS. He kept telling them we were on the schedule for the following day. He did have time to cash our check. 6 days later my husband installed a new water heater and I reported BMB Plumbing to the Better Business Bureau. The following day I received an apology via text. I told them they could come out a make changes so that it is installed to code. Another plumber came out, made a few small changes and turned our hot water heater off! I also made them bring the water heater that AHS had paid for. The plumber rolled it top over bottom down the stairs. I will never use this company again and would like to prevent others from being treated this way.
