My home warranty company recommended them and set an appointment for them to come and service my hot water heater. I was told that they would be out to my house on Wednesday of that week; however, no time was provided. I called numerous times and left messages so that I could get the expected time frame of the appointment. No one ever answered the phone or returned my call. I contacted my home warranty company to let them know of the lack of response. They in turn also called with no response. Needless to say, they did not show up at all on that Wednesday or ever. Horrible company!

Worst communication ever after the initial service. Plumber was the owners' son and showed up in flip-flops. Had to come back the next day with the parts. While here, he broke the bidet seat attachment on the commode which was right beside the shower where he was fixing the faucet. When I called to report that, I was put in contact with the owner who said they would take care of it. Crickets. Was also told to call them if the initial leaking issue came back. A couple days later, noticed the handle on the faucet was loose. It continued to loosen up until it eventually fell off. Called their main number and left multiple voicemails. No response. Contacted the plumber directly and he said he would be out to fix it. No show. Then he ignored all additional texts and calls. Sent a text stating that I would be filing a complaint with the BBB and he sent back the owners name and phone number. Contacted him and was told that there's no one in the office and that he doesn't check the voicemails. What a great way to run a business. He then told me that he would send someone out to fix it. I waited all day Friday and no one showed or called and the owner is now ignoring all texts, calls and voicemails. It has been two weeks now since the handle fell off and they don't seem to care. Contacted the home warranty company to file a complaint against them and have another plumber dispatched to fix their screw-up. Filing a complaint with the BBB next. Will never do business with them again.

Absolutely abysmal service. I tried to schedule with the for two weeks and only ever got a voice mailbox. No call back, no acknowledgement of my voicemail. It's like they're allergic to new business. I'm so nervous what kind of actual service they provide given how they can't even seem to schedule an appointment.

I would not recommend this company to my worst enemy! Their receptionist named Kia is so unprofessional. The moment she took my deductible, she ghosted me. She even told me on the phone that she ignored my calls on purposed! The sadness part about it all is I needed my water heater to be fixed and now it completely damaged and will cost me a lot more money. I really want you all to run away before you go through a situation like mine!! (Also!! They up charge you too!!)

Bad service. They claimed to order a part that was in stores locally. Waited over a week for said part to arrive. Connie, or whoever the girl is that answers their phones, scheduled a tech to come out on Thanksgiving. We asked if she was sure because it's a holiday. She checked with her supervisor and confirmed. Guess what, no tech on Thanksgiving and they didn't answer any calls. Obviously closed for the holiday. The next day Connie said she didn't remember it was a holiday because she doesn't celebrate Thanksgiving. WTF?? Guess she forgot the conversation 3 days prior. Anyway, they sent a tech out on Friday with NO PART. Brian showed up to fix the water heater and we found out when he arrived that they never ordered the part. I bought the part the same day and fixed the water heater. Turns out we waited 2 weeks for something that could've been fixed in 40 minutes with a new cable. And don't try to reach the supervisor, he's a ghost. Probably the owner.

Very very happy with MBM plumbing solutions, they r very very professional, the owner is super kind and went up and beyond to help us out. Vladimir was the plumber that did the work, he is super professional, very kind, knowledgeable and worked so hard to get the job done. He also went up and beyond to not only clean everything after he finished his work but put everything back the same way I had them. I highly recommend this company to anyone that is looking for a great experience. Thank you MBM for this amazing experience and a wonderful work.
