BM plumbing has some of the most amazing workers!!! They are super reliable and give a quick response! George always has the right answers!
I called in an emergency for a clogged toilet and had someone come within the next 2 hours! The technician was nice and cleaned up after himself. I would highly recommend them for your plumbing needs.

Our community, Amanda Regency, a Decron property, have been using BM Plumbing for about a year or more. The plumbers have always been professional and conscience when doing repairs. George and Shawn have gone above and beyond to schedule and fit our Plumbing needs. I always tell them that they are Awesome! Looking at the previous reviews, I'm shocked for it has not been my experience with B. M. Plumbing. Being in Property Management I've seen my share of poor plumbers. B. M. Plumbing is not one of them.

If you like rude plumbers and poor service, these are the guys for you. If you like plumbers who show up late without explanation, you should absolutely call BM Plumbing. If you would like competent plumbers who show up on time and are not rude, I recommend you go elsewhere.

Worst experience I have ever had. Sam is extremely rude, unprofessional and tries to overcharge for anything he possibly can. Not only was he late to the appointment but was unapologetic about it. RUN FOR THE HILLS.

Update - in the meantime, I heard from 2 other neighbors that they also had jewelry stolen from the same BM Plumbing company.

Sterling Property runs my building as well. After the manager let BM Plumbing workers into my apartment unsupervised, my jewelry (over $1500) was missing from the bathroom they had worked in. Contacting them didn't help much, no response.

They were unprofessional and incompetent. They arrived late, had to come out twice to fix a leaky sink in our bathroom, were not able to communicate in English, played loud music without asking permission, and left without talking to us first. I would not use their services again.

great service.! i will definitly be using them again.! the receptionist was very friendly & the plumer she sent out to my house arrived on time & was done alot faster than i thought. i also really appreciated that the plumer kept my RR clean. also very reasonably priced.
after calling about 4 other plumbing companys i finally found one that wasnt a hassle to deal with..

We contacted BM Plumbing when our kitchen sink pipe burst. We found BM Plumbing on Apartment Owners Association magazine. Jose was sent to fix the pipes, arrived on time and was very courteous. Within an hour it was fixed and our kitchen is once again working.
