Jaime was quick to make it out and gave a fair price proposal on our backflow installation. I was very impressed with their ability to overcome obstacles in our setup, too. There was a back order on the vandal cage, and when it came out there was some trouble with the fit due to where we had to position the pipes and cage. They made a few quick, harmless cuts in the cage and everything looks and works great! Well done.

Jaime is AWESOME! I had two jobs for him. I knew one was easy and the other-not so much! A bathroom faucet hadn't been working properly for a very long time! And this wasn't the first time I had had it looked at! Jaime and I were able to talk and he is so kind and easy to work with! He proceeded with a very thorough step by step plan so that he would not overlook anything! Because he was so patient and thorough, he was able to determine that the faucet had not been initially installed properly! One step of the assembly had been reversed! I am SO happy! Jamie came to find a leak at our property another leak detector failed to find. Within an hour, Jamie found 3 leaks, one, that was crucial for in finding with the water shortage we have. Jamie and his team came back first thing the next morning, very professional, friendly and got the work done. He was quick to help, when I asked if he could take a look at some bathroom drains and my ice machine. Definitely keeping this card on file!
