Don't even bother calling. We called him for help on a broken water line. He came out the first time and seemed like a really nice, upstanding guy. He said he had a full day of appointment the next day (Friday) but promised he'd be over Friday evening. I waited around and he never showed up, didn't call, nothing. When I finally reached him, he said he'd FORGOTTEN the job, was very apologetic, and said he'd be over the next day, no problem. It's now the weekend, so I can't hire anyone else without paying a HUGE weekend surcharge. Saturday morning comes and goes and I hear nothing from him again, no calls, nothing. I call and call his phone and leave voice messages. He finally calls back and says he's in Fayetteville, but will be by ""soon"". Well, apparently ""soon"" has different definitions in his world as he never came and didn't call back. I'm assuming that he enjoyed the Hogs' football game and celebrated the win. Sunday again brought no calls and no work. Come Monday morning I'll be calling a different business to do the work, as obviously, this guy doesn't really need or want to do the job that he promised.
