Lauren K.Very unprofessional! I called on Monday to schedule an appointment and asked the girl who asked the phone when they could come to my home. She said, not today. I asked if it would be Tuesday, she said yes and they would call first. After not hearing a word I called to confirm and was assured that they would be out Tuesday. No call, no show! It takes a minute to make a courtesy call to a customer!
