Bluffton Plumbing: They installed a toilet for my 84 year old mother. They gave her a estimate for a Kohler toilet and brought her a Pro flow toilet when they showed up. After installing the toilet she signed the work order. Bluffton Plumbing then had to come out to show my mother and her caretaker how to flush the toilet. They told my mother you have to lift the handle after you flush so the tank will fill again. Or maybe the handle was just not installed correctly..... seems more likely to me....! Then one of the toilet bolts became loose and fell out after a month. When my mother called, they wanted $105.00 to fix it. This is where I got involved. In a word WOW! After a long discussion, I was told my mother some how bumped the toilet or fell on it and that she was too large and snapped the bolt. The caulk at the bottom of the toilet is still in good shape, the porcelain is not cracked or broken. Then they said maybe my mother or her caregiver snapped the bolt in an attempt to repair or tighten the toilet. My Mother is in need of a full time caregiver and there are no tools at her house so I am not sure how they could have been involved in this. Very unfortunate to treat an elderly woman like this.

Bluffton Plumbing Rocks I called about a noise in my shower faucet which turned out to be nothing. However, Chase, their tech, heard another noise that I had thought was just a vibration. Turned out it was a leak behind the sink unit. After making sure exactly where it came from, he fixed it making sure he had identified everything that needed to be repaired. If you need an outstanding plumber give then a call. Not only do they schedule their visit as quickly as possible, usually the next day, the cost is very reasonable and work guaranteed.

AJ has been an excellent plumber. He is so mannerly, yet very professional. He always came right when the company promised and gave us excellent service and advice. Bluffton Plumbing was responsive and communicated well with us from our first call to them until the service was complete. They were able to fit us in quickly, even after a holiday weekend, and the repair was completed very fast! They arrived on time and were courteous and knowledgeable.
