WOW! Very professional. Had a leak in the attic and originally spoke with Brian and Midi over the phone - very courteous and answered all my questions about how repair would be done. I texted a picture and they gave me a quote over the phone and honored it. Day of the repair, Ben and Carlos answered all my questions. Took care of the leak very quickly using a drill press (vs soldering). I asked them to look at all the plumbing and they located other problem spots where there was obvious corrosion so they took care of those as well. Great attention to detail including installing a simple J-hook to an attic beam to relieve the pressure on one of the pipes. Took care of not just current issue but also prevented future problems. And reasonably priced. I originally got a few quotes and Bluewater was the most competitive but it's not why I originally chose them - I went with them because of their professionalism over the phone and because they were also highly recommended by my A/C company. This company is amazing!

Kind, professional, and they are a local business. We've had them out to our house a couple times. John did some sink valve replacements and a toilet wax seal that had caused leaks in our home. He was focused and a true yes sir, yes mam guy! Unfortunately one of the leaks didn't seem to go away so we called again and Brian the Master plumber out to reassess. Found out our very old dishwasher had been cracked and was leaking into the same corner the leaky valve had been. Midi is an owner and very easy to talk to. We had an emergency leak one morning. It started a ceiling flood issue and Midi reschedule the whole morning so John could get to our house ASAP. We were recommended to them from a local neighborhood friend and so glad we've use them.

Miracle plumber! Fixed sewer gas issue other plumbers could not figure out or fix. Unlike other plumbers who send out 'staff or contractors'. Brian the MASTER plumber came to the job with John and made sure it was done right. Highly recommend. Is our new go-to plumber in The Woodlands.

I can't say enough positive comments about this company! I am from out of state and was babysitting my grandson with his other grandmother when the hot water went out in my daughter and son-in-law's house. I called Bluewater and left a message. Midi called me back within minutes and when she heard our situation, she assured me that someone could stop by that evening. Bryan quickly assessed the ailing 19 year old water heater and promised to return the following morning. Midi followed up the visit with another call to me to make sure I was good with everything. She even texted me a picture of the rusted out water heater to send to my daughter! John and Bryan were so friendly and got the job done in a timely manner. This company was a delight to work with and I will refer them to anyone in the area!! Thanks guys!!

8/2/2018 - 5 stars and 2 thumbs up for Bluewater Plumbing! This week we had a major water line break and Gunnar came out to fix it, even in the midst of a horrible downpour with thunder/lightening he stuck it out and did the repair perfectly. He followed up the next day to check and make sure everything had dried out and was working (which it was), couldn't have asked for a better outcome! Thank-you from the Gunther's in The Woodlands. PS - this is the 2nd repair they have done for us, give them a try, you won't be disappointed.

Do not waste your time with this company because they will waste your time waiting to get a response from them. After getting a plumber to come to my house to determine what I needed to be done; I never heard back from them after repeatedly calling them numerous times to request an estimate. Their secretary only returned one phone call in ten days and she said that she would make sure and send my estimate the following day. Of course that didn't happen either. If they don't want to do a job for whatever reason, then the plumber should simply say that to the customer, rather than stringing the customer along.

Gunner came out to fix a clogged drain this morning. He was on time, pleasant, positive and knowledgeable. He took care of things quickly and easily. He didn't try to sell me services I didn't need. I saw good reviews here which is why I called this company. I will call them again if I have another plumbing issue. I highly recommend them.

I highly recommend this company! I had a pipe burst for the first time ever during this hard freeze , they answered right away. Midi want above and beyond to get the help I needed. The plumber that came out was very nice and professional. I will use them again and will recommend them to people I know. Companies like this are very hard to find. Many thanks!

So this company has answered the call twice during cold emergencies. First time, we lost water during a hard freeze when a whole home softening system we didn't install froze up. Second time was yesterday when we had a pipe burst in a pool bathroom. Both times, when other plumbing companies didn't answer the phone they not only answered and kept in touch, but had someone out within hours. I recommend them.
