I don't write many reviews unless it is deserved. Blue Water went above and beyond to help me with my heating issues. They were well priced and the tech was very nice and helpful. They set my appointment the lady on the phone was well spoken and professional. They showed up on time and got the job done without any issues. I recommend Blue Water heating to all my friends and family.

I can not recommend this company enough. To start off, everyone that you talk to is polite, professional and you can see they take pride in what they do and care. Second, their work is fantastic. You can trust that they are giving you the best possible solution to your problem or issue and are very fair about it. I have used them for a few issues I have had with a house that I bought and can honestly say I will use no one else and I recommend them to my friends and family.

I have used Bluewater twice and I am granting a ""decent"" review because the work that was performed is competent and in each instance the problem was solved (clogged sink that was really a bigger issue of a dated pipe about to break; a toilet that would not flush because of a dated fill valve). The downside, like some of the other reviews suggest, is whether Bluewater is there for 5 minutes or 59, they are going to charge $175. On the toilet assignment, I had to battle back the cost of the parts and received a concession from $50 to $30. I have worked with other plumbers who do not insist on $175 regardless of the outcome. It is always a good idea to get Bluewater to commit to a price. ~Joe C

DO NOT USE Blue Water they are the worst. I had called them to get an estimate to install a new toilet in my bathroom. They said we don't do estimates over the phone. Then when I had explained that I would not be able to commit to them without having a ball park area then all of a sudden they finally quoted me at 450 dollars ""without the service fee."" I refused to pay that much for someone to install a toilet for me. Called another company, they installed a brand new toilet for 250.00 dollars.

I just called them to get a ballpark estimate on installing a new insinkerator and after a long hold, and being transferred, the person said ""we don't give estimates over the phone, we charge $175 to send someone out to tell you the price."" I laughed and said good-bye. How are they in business? Something like that should be like changing a lightbulb for an experienced plumber.

Team showed up on time at scheduled date,proceeded with work and finished in timely manner, I noticed later I still had a drip coming from the faucet.I called the company on the following business day and spoke with the receptionist and then the owner to reschedule a follow up visit. The owner himself (licensed plumber) showed up with the same crew on the scheduled date/time and proceeded to rectify the problem immediately,they replaced the valve seats at no extra cost, You don't see that every day ! They cleaned up nicely and removed all the old parts. I would definitely hire these guys again and I highly recommend them .

Don't do it!!! The Service Man was polite and friendly. The company however quoted us $59.99 to access the problem. Supposedly, if they fix the problem, the fee goes towards the final bill. The Service-man accessed the problem and a part was needed, so he went to the local parts store. Quote we received from Bluewater for the part was $425, so we said, ""no thanks!"" Service-man came back and left us with the old part, nothing fixed and A BILL for over $400. Incredible! BlueWater told us the main value in the cost of the part was the knowledge to understand what it was exactly. Told him we had the internet for that. Looked it up and in five minutes found it online for $150. Bottom line: expect to be up-charged for everything. A lot!

I scheduled Bluewater Plumbing & Heating to come into my house to give an estimate, never came or call i had to call and was told they could not make it due to an emergency. i reschedule the next day never showed up or called.

I was very pleased with the service. I had an emergency and they were the first company I called. They were responsive and quickly resolved the issue - with out a major mess and pricing was reasonable. Can't recommend them enough...

My plumber from Bluewater Plumbing & Heating was ""Dave."" I found them on ""Home Advisors"" formerly known as ""Service Magic."" One of the owners, ""Roger"" came by in-person to give me an estimate for the hot water heater. I haven't been able to reach him since that initial visit. He was very professional and polite. I hired them. They did not want to take away the old boiler, as agreed, but finally did when I said let me call Roger. I had a heat problem with my boiler and called ""Bluewater"" again. They finally did arrive. You think I would learn, but recently I made the mistake of calling them again, when I wanted to replace a bathtub in Apt. #3 (an investment property). We originally had an appointment for Monday, but they called at the last minute to re-schedule it for Tuesday, stating an emergency came up. On Tuesday they did not show up either, between the scheduled times of 1-3pm. At 4:30pm I called them. Finally at 5:30pm Dave called me back and said he would be there between 6-7pm (I had taken off from work and waited the whole day for the plumber). Dave showed up at 5:30pm (instead of the 6-7pm) stating he was in the neighborhood. He said he would call or email the next morning with an estimate, which he did not. I had to call the company and then he called me back with an estimate. I had to call them several times. I felt like I was hunting them down, to take my money. The estimate was reasonable, however the lesson has been learned; I am going with 5-star plumber (like Hub), because I don't need the aggravation of dealing with Bluewater Plumbing & Heating, who do not appreciate or show any consideration for their customers, even for their repeat customers. Bluewater Plumbing & Heating deserve a half star, not even a one star rating. I do NOT recommend you use this plumber.
