Terry came out when he said he would with no drama to deal with a clogged sewer.
He sent the camera in and found the problem; then sent the blade in to deal with the problem; then sent the camera in again to verify.

Perfect work, took his time and did it all thoroughly. Didn't object to me standing over his shoulder.
Carries newer, very efficient high end equipment which I think in this case made the whole thing a breeze.

I highly recommend Terry and will certainly have him help again next time I need it.

Called Bluewater Plumbing recommend by my neighbor the hot water was taken to long to reach my upstairs bathroom's terry took a look at my water heater and discovered that the recirculating pump was unplugged so he plugged it back in and problem was fixed asked me if there was anything else I wanted him to address told him no he shuck my hand and said have a great day all with out charging me anything most definitely will be referring him to my friends and he is now my plumber THANKS TERRY
