This is the second time that I've called Terry at Bluewater Plumbing and Drain. Just like the first time I called, he was responsive, showed up on time made the repairs needed and his pricing was reasonable.

We had a main line blockage and he walked us through ways to prevent future blocks. He did a camera inspection of our sewage line to give us piece of mind. Very affordable rates and quality work. Can't say enough great things about Terry and Nick! We just purchased our home and had some issues with the water pressure and temperature (translation - cold baths for our kiddo / washing dishes, low water pressure in one of our showers, etc.). Terry and Nick were able to come out first thing on a Monday morning, troubleshoot the issues and explain what was happening so we could better understand the underlying issues. Called Bluewater to come out and investigate what we thought could be a mold/mildew issue. Turned it we had multiple breaks in our venting/plumbing system.

Terry and crew were awesome. Explained the testing method thoroughly, performed multiple smoke tests to catch everything, repairs were performed with integrity and the pricing was very fair.

When I finally returned to my home after months of construction work to repair a slab leak, the first thing I noticed was that the sinks and shower were not draining well. I immediately called Terry at Bluewater and was really glad when he put me on the schedule that same day. He showed up when he said he would, and got the drainage problem solved, at a fair price. This company really came through for me after a terrible experience with another plumbing company. My house was without hot water for 9 days before Bluewater installed our water heater.
