The service is horrible. He acts like he is going to show up. We are using American Homeshield and want to be paid cash. Do not use the guy. All of a sudden saying will show up and nothing. This guy should not be in business. Again, do not use this guy.

I wish I could give zero stars or negative stars. Adrian Galvez is dishonest. He lied the whole time and never came back to complete the work that he started. I was without hot water for 6 weeks because he refused to complete his work and refused to respond to my phone calls and messages. I would never recommend Bluetech Plumbing to anyone. Bluetech's primary business is home warranty service. In my case it was through American Home Shield. If Bluetech is assigned to your service call, kindly request a different contractor instead of this dishonest one that doesn't know what he is doing.

Adrian was so responsive and professional. He was assigned our job via a home warranty company. He is very kind and fixed our water heater right away. He came after hours to ensure it was done within 24 hours. He went out of his way to take care of us and he was very trustworthy. We will be using him again in the future. It's hard to come by professionals like him in Yuma. Keep up the good work.

Completely unreliable and unresponsive! Was contracted through a warranty company. Ghosted both the warranty company and didn't return our calls until 6 months later claiming he forgot. Avoid at all costs. If your warranty company assigns this guy, call them and request a different business.

Update; He's a little smart ass too! View his ridiculous response.

Incredible service. Fast and reliable. He had all the parts that needed to fixed the issue with my water heater. Extremely happy with the service provided. Ohh and forgot to mention it was a late Saturday afternoon. Thank you for everything.

Months ago my home warranty contracted them to fix my water heater. Guy came out and was able to restart it but said it needed a new meter. He said he would get one and return to fix it. Never did. I called him a week later, no answer. Called a few more times with no answer. Texted him and his response was ""rock and roll"". The water heater would continue to turn off and I could get it back in after a while. Fast forward to the 21st and it no longer turns on. My home warranty again contracts Blue Tech. I hear nothing for two days. I called and texted them, no answer. Finally got a hold of my home warranty, American Home Shield, they suck too by the way. Was told there was no one else. Told them to cancel all services to include themselves and they tell me that Bonafide Plumbing can come out. Blue Tech Plumbing is worthless. Less than one star. Bonafide has already come and gone and fixed the issue.

Had leaking toilet that wouldn't stop after several self remedies. Called BlueTech in morning, they reached back to me same day, and sent 2 techs out the next morning.

Armando and Josh from BlueTech showed up, were polite, professional and helpful. Resolved the leak problem in quick fashion, replacing a gasket and correctly configuring other components. Cleaned up everything afterwards, and I'm perfectly satisfied with their repair. Thanks BlueTech, Armando and Josh!

They never return phone calls, voicemail, text messages or emails. Terrible communications, and feedback. Too bad there is a zero star rating, they don't deserve any stars.
