And then make your call. You've got nothing to lose .
I took a chance and was more than satisfied. I will most certainly use them again for my plumbing needs!!

Came out to quote me on a job 2 other guys had looked at. Both other companies quoted me $400+. Chris identified a quick fix within 10 seconds and didn't charge me a dime. Awesome service!

From the moment I called Bluestone plumbing I knew that I had called the right company. They got me in on the schedule right away and Chris F came out at the end of the day and replaced my garbage disposal. He was professional and his work was exceptional. These are, by far, the most undependable plumbers in history. They set an appointment last week in which they completely blew off and when I asked them why, they said that I had not confirmed the appt. They never asked for confirmation as they set the time.
Then, he talked me into another chance and blew off that appt as well. Even when I texted, nothing. They did not respond until i called the home warranty company. Then, after all these blow offs, he says the part that they swore they had on the truck waiting for the install, was back-ordered.
There are plenty of great plumbers but this is not one. I had to tell the home warranty that either they send a new plumber or I get a new home warranty company.

I had an emergency situation at my house and scheduled a service through a provider connected to my home warranty. They told me to wait, so I spent the entire day waiting for them. By the end of the day, they canceled without any explanation and informed me they wouldn't be available the next day or for the rest of the week. This was incredibly frustrating and unprofessional, especially since they were the only service provider available through my home warranty. I am extremely dissatisfied with how they handled the whole situation, making me waste a lot of valuable time.
