Blueprint Plumbing

They broke my plumbing and would not take responsibility or fix it
Day 1: tenant calls to say the water pump is leaking
Day 2: blueprint plumbing goes out and sends us an invoice for $500
Day 3: tenant calls says it is still leaking. I call blueprint and they say I must approve an estimate before going out
Day 4: tenant calls says they have NO water pressure house is uninhabitable
I get estimate from blueprint for $3200 ridiculous
I ask blueprints to go out that day to fix the emergency they caused
They refuse without the 3200 approval
They should have fixed their mess for free
I tell them I will have to sue them
They say ""all right""
