These people are compassionate, professional, and completely bend over backwards to help their customers in all ways possible! I can not say enough about this business, and am so proud they serve my community, and that they went above and beyond to fix two separate back to back plumbing emergencies for me , and in the same day I called!. That's literally unheard of these days, but Christy is so caring, compassionate, and sincerely cares about her customers, and she is amazing at what she does , and how she does it. She is simply an amazing human being! The crew are professional, knowledgeable, courteous, respectful, compassionate, and extremely good at their job! Thank you Christy.. I wanted to replace our electric hot water heater with tankless. Christy was very knowledgeable about the pros and cons about it, including installation cost. She double-checked everything, including building codes for our home, and considering our water system, honestly advised against going tankless. A less honest business might have simply installed the $3K system and left us to deal with the inevitable problems. I'll trust Bluemel with any future plumbing issues.

While completing the repair, he offered several suggestions on how to improve my current system and he threw in some ball park figures so I had an idea of future projected costs if I decide to upgrade.
