Bluegreen plumbing to the rescue again. I met the owner/operator thru condo property management. A neighbor having work done popped a seal on a pipe, sending water cascading into my unit. Since then our association has used him for several jobs and always been pleased. Yesterday I called to see if he could help me again. He went above and beyond, traveling outside his usual service area to see about my new/ old home with water in the basement.

Tony has helped me on multiple occasions at a few different properties. He has always been very fast to respond and shows up when he says he will. He's always completed the repairs and charges a fair rate.

Had a great initial experience, but a terrible second experience. Basically, he never got back to me after coming and telling me what my issue was and that he'd need to do some research to find the parts. I had to call him multiple times to ask if he was still researching. I finally gave up hope and fixed it myself. Never heard from him again.
