I discovered our HVAC leaking water on a Saturday night. Called Bluegrass Sunday morning and they were at my house by noon. Quickly unclogged my drain line and gave me tips for how to prevent it from clogging in the future. Great service!

Just moved cross-country and Bluegrass Rooter was here for the 1st time. I am so impressed with these guys. Ron, Ben, and Chris did several jobs on my list, ....

including:
--Checking the bathroom sink for a drip (No drip-residual water in the screen filter)

--Pulling the toilet to check the flange and bolts (bolts were loose), finishing off with a shim and a bead of clear silicone sealer.

--Installing Concrete screws into the hose faucet outside to stabilize the pipe

--installing ducts to one of the vents in the bedroom (the main reason they came today) ....which involves going down in the crawlspace--Yikes!

These guys were friendly, professional, did a GREAT job on everything....cleaned up after themselves....just like ""the old days"" hahaha (not kidding).

Bluegrass Rooter is definitely my new plumbing, heating & air company!

I called Bluegrass Rooter when my HVAC suddenly began running hot. Although, they had a busy schedule, I was able to get service sooner than later. Ron and Chris communicated when they would arrive and if they were experiencing delays from previous repair projects. Not only did they repair my HVAC, they returned to repair a kitchen faucet and leaking toilet on a separate trip. Ron is very knowledgeable and has over 20 years of experience and interesting life stories. Cool guy!

Both are well experience in all forms of plumbing and heating and air together they have Over 20 years experience in service work. They were two of the very first to do trenchless drain lines and have never failed to get the pipe laid in place were other inexperienced plumbers say it can't be done they say it can and they get it done with a 10 year warranty to stand behind there work. When it comes to service ,knowledge and workman ship there's none better just ask there many many satisfied customers and just don't take are word for it let there work speak for it's self . UPDATE: Bluegrass Rooter comes through for us AGAIN! My husband noticed our heater fan/motor wasn't working correctly. What a great job! There is no installation problem Ron can't handle. Replaced a vanity, sink and faucets. He had to do electrical, Carpenter, and plumbing work and didn't even mention all the extra, he just did the job with a smile on his face.
