Price gouging company. I have a small project and their price for the work was absolutely not in line with the work needed to be performed. Obviously, I did not use this company but used a company that was less than 1/3 of their price. I would not recommend this company.

I am very impressed with the prompt service and excellent professionalism given by Bluefrog. I had a major problem at my house with a back up and they quickly diagnosed it and gave me a very fair price and fixed it within hours. Don't waste your time with them.
They will charge you $225 to fix a clog.
Why? Because they have to drive 30-40 mins.
Can you just pour draino down there? Yes, if it works. But since they are a professional plumber, you are looking at hundreds of dollars for simplest tasks. It's just outrageous.
Don't go with them. Shop around for a reasonable estimates.

I chose Blue Frog because of their excellent reviews and I was not disappointed. I called late afternoon. They were able to get me on the schedule the next morning. Julie was courteous and upfront while setting up my appointment. Alfredo was knowledgeable and efficient. He surveyed my home and in addition to clearing the drainage problem with my tub and AC, he found and replaced a rusted pipe on my water heater. I wanted a fair, honest, responsive and competent plumber and I found that in Blue Frog Plumbing.

FOR YOUR SANITY, HIRE ANOTHER PLUMBER.

I hired them to have my 2 bath tub/shower and valves changed. This was planned weeks ahead and the manager promised that this project would done in 4 days (first day: demolition, second day: bathtub/shower installation, third and fourth day finishing). Fourth day arrived, the bathtub/shower has not been installed. I am left with demolished garbage on my living room. The old bath tub, tiles, and drywall were scattered on my living room. Even after asking them nicely to have it removed every day, they disregarded and treated my living room as a dumpster. I live in a condo that does not have a dumpster so I couldn't throw it even if I wanted too. According to their manager, it is customary to leave a ton of garbage until the job is finish. The job was nowhere done and I couldn't live with a bunch of garbage on my living room everyday.

They are very disorganized. I made a down payment so that they could buy the materials in advance (valves, bathtub/shower). They sent the plumbers and they did not even know the plan. They had to stop by home depot to buy materials. I communicated to them that it is crucial that on that second day, the valves should be changed because the condo's water supply can't be turned off for too long since there are many people in the building that needs water. On the second, there were no valves that were changed. I paid my condo $185 to have the water stopped for nothing of the valves to be changed.

On the first day, one of their employee was very unprofessional. I saw their uniform so I opened the door. One of their employee started walking, looking for the bathroom without introducing himself or stating his business for coming in. I trusted to let him in because of the uniform. He did not acknowledge me as the owner. He started talking to his partner without talking to me, "We gotta make sure we're in the right place before we demolish..." How would he be sure without talking to the owner? I did not mind that time because I just wanted my bathroom done. They did not complete the demolish on the the second bathroom so I had to finish it myself. I was thinking, if I at least finish the demolish, then maybe they would finish on time but that did not happen.

On the fourth day, I was done dealing with them. I had to find another plumber.

Again, FOR YOUR SANITY, HIRE ANOTHER PLUMBER.

I called Blue Frog after a neighbor suggested them on a Facebook group page. This was the easiest and smoothest experience ever to replace my kitchen sink disposal. Their prices were fair and they were able to fix it the same day as quoting me - and it was towards the end of the day! Their plumber that came made sure to show me
Identification, their email told me in advance what to look for, and they have seriously thought out safety concerns. I really appreciate that! It was a great experience and I've been recommending them to my family and neighbors.

Overcharging! $600 to install a $130 disposal. It took 20 minutes. Thought I was getting an expensive disposal but found out after that I could buy it at Home Depot for &130. Ridiculous
