On Christmas Day, our toilet was leaking and there was so much water that it went into our hallway and soaked into the wall's base board. I ended up calling two plumbers: one from Roto rooters and one from bluefrog. Roto rooters came and said replace the entire toilet and charged us $100 for coming out. Daniel from Blue frog came out and said let me work with your insurance company and we can figure out next steps. He didn't charge us that day. He then worked with a leak detection Company and replaced the parts that needed repair. We did not need a new toilet... he also came back when I mentioned dampness on the floor and called the next day to check in. We felt at ease working with Daniel, especially in a not so pleasant situation. I highly recommend using Bluefrog!

Technician was nice but management refused to honor coupon on website. Said, ""it is no longer valid and shouldn't be there"". But it was there when technician arrived, and I was disappointed they didn't honor it.

I am so glad I called Blue Frog! We had a terrible contractor that didn't finish the job and was told it would be thousands of dollars to fix our water pressure.
I wanted a second opinion and called Blue Frog. The receptionist was very polite and booked a next day appointment.
John Doane was our plumber and he was professional and polite and most importantly he knows his trade. He checked everything out and was able to find the problem. It was a pretty simple fix. It did not involve completely putting in new pipes to the kitchen and bathroom like we were told by other plumber. He probably saved us $2,000.00!!! He will have our business from here on out and I will recommend him to anyone.

I was thoroughly impressed by bluefrog. We were able to get a plumber out the day after calling, which every other company we called was unable to do. Blaine was professional and exceptionally knowledgeable about how to go out troubleshooting and fixing our issues. He was able to solve everything in a few hours, explain to us what went wrong with the original plumbing work, and how to avoid problems in the future. I cannot recommend bluefrog enough.

My service guy (James I think. He's from the north shore) was amazing. I absolutely loved him! He was super helpful and made it an easy process. He did his best to educate me about my issue. I had a hugeeeee toilet leak and drain clogs as a result of ""flushable wipes"". He was thorough and efficient. He came a few minutes early (after calling) which I appreciated because I hate waiting on repair people. I would absolutely hire him and blue frog again. In fact I'd specifically request him. 5/5 on his service.

I took a star off because I felt like I bought the repair package thing that allows me to have priority and get a discount on future services for year seems like an unnecessary up charge in hindsight. I don't know that it was worth the money because I looked back at the price difference and the cost of services really didn't seem to be much difference in price. It may turn out to be useful if I have to call them again so the jury is still out for the last star.


P.S. no flushable wipes. It's horrible for toilets.

DON'T BOTHER WITH THIS PLACE! I called on Friday evening after seeing they have 24/7 hours on here although it was not an emergency. I waited two hours and left a message again. Two days later and no return call! What a joke!
