Dont go here i have my plumping it stuff and i tell they fix first time they tell me fix 65$ and after that they canot fix and they prolonged and they tell me 600$ and not finish anything done it still dont work it scams

Quoted us $1,127.00 to replace a garbage disposal and a sprayer on the faucet. Way out of our budget.
My son sent his plumber over and he fixed the faucet sprayer, replaced the Garbage disposal and gave me a 1 year warranty for $400.00.

After my tankless hot water heater stopped working (even after re-setting it twice) a neighbor suggested Bluefrog. We made an appointment for yesterday between 8 and 9, and Abbi actually arrived a couple of minutes before 8. She determined that the unit couldn't be fixed (German brand, old, impossible to find parts). I agreed on buying a new unit, so they sourced the unit and 3 guys came back to install it, finishing before noon.
The full price of was quoted precisely prior to installation (including labor), and the main technician gave some helpful hints. For instance, the power to the heater should always be shut off whenever the water supply is shut off, so it doesn't burn out while trying to heat empty coils. They also put new water hoses (blue for intake, red for output) and a nice lever on/off valve.
They were on time, efficient, and did a great job.

Replying to you blue frog I got the job you wanted to charge $1500.00 done for $200.00 and I bought the faucets. So that makes a total of $500.00 (rounded up) for faucets and installation.

I was checking prices for an inspection/permit on a gas line for my house. I had called over 30 plumbers in town. Blue frog told me it was going to be 700-1200$ for an inspection and permit. I gasped. They were the most expensive by far!! I got it done with national economy plumber for 450$ cheapest I could find. I told someone else and they said these people rip you off. Do your research!!

I really thought this company was solid. I used their plumbing services first and the service was immaculate! I decided to use them for AC service when we began to have issues with the unit leaking. I scheduled for AC service and all he did was look and take pictures. When asked about the leaking, my husband was instructed to pour vinegar into the pipe. A week later it's leaking again and my husband had to add bleach or vinegar every week. We called another AC company whom came out and serviced the AC. They told us the leaking was a plumbing issue. Weeks to Days later the leaking issue gets worse. Now it's leaking daily. We called Blue Frog out again since they offer both services. Both a plumber and a AC technician came out and between the two of them nothing was done. The AC guy says it's fine it's a plumbing issue, the plumber states that it's an issue with insulation in our attic and possible condensation leaking down. Mind you he never went up there to see. Yup. The answer to this type of issue is ""condensation"". Apparently we're the only house in Southeast Louisiana where condensation causes the AC to leak. The next day we got another company out whom pinpointed the problem. It was a plumbing issue. We also got a plumber out to deal with it. All is well. I wrote this review so that the owner would know how he looses money. And even if insulation was the issue, why weren't we offered the option to get that taken care of?... Exactly.

We are in the process of selling our home currently and found out the sewage line needed replacement. I needed verification after the buyers inspection... Andrew and Daniel were able to verify the issue and were 100% upfront about everything vs. the other company who only quoted to break ground. Bluefrog started digging the same day that they inspected the sewer line... MUCH faster than any other company could do for me... After further replacing sewer line they found another 25' of line that was needing to be dug and replaced. The company ate the cost saving me a few THOUSAND dollars. I am just awaiting the backfill now but am more than pleased with how the company has treated me during this process.

After trying several plumbers, Blue Frog is the only plumber who actually does same day service. I went to the web site, booked an appointment within two hours and they actually showed up on time. Within 1/2 hour Daniel had our toilet repaired and his mess cleaned up. On Saturday of Mardi Gras!!!

On Christmas Day, our toilet was leaking and there was so much water that it went into our hallway and soaked into the wall's base board. I ended up calling two plumbers: one from Roto rooters and one from bluefrog. Roto rooters came and said replace the entire toilet and charged us $100 for coming out. Daniel from Blue frog came out and said let me work with your insurance company and we can figure out next steps. He didn't charge us that day. He then worked with a leak detection Company and replaced the parts that needed repair. We did not need a new toilet... he also came back when I mentioned dampness on the floor and called the next day to check in. We felt at ease working with Daniel, especially in a not so pleasant situation. I highly recommend using Bluefrog!
