The company I work for needed another plumbing company and Blue Frog was recommended to us. They were hired to install three items. Two of the three have apparently been lost in the mail, for 3 weeks now... We keep getting the run around. The staff is incompetent to handle issues and they seem to have a great deal of trouble keeping plumbers on staff. And with business practices like this I understand why. Don't waste your time on these guys unless you have an endless amount of it to spend waiting.

Had to call them out several times to our restaurant for the same stopped up drain. Tried to blame it on the grease trap company but it was a stopped up line that they did not know how to snake or jet. The trap company jetted it and didn't charge 1/4 of what they charged. Call you trap company first.

Dependable and great folks who know what they are doing. Trustworthy and very reasonably priced. Both times we called they were there same day. Highly recommend.
