Dan and Nate were just stellar! We did a complete renovation of our master bathroom from 1968. Over Christmas break we called Blue Frog to help us install new Pex plumbing and our double vanity, toilet and shower. They were incredibly professional throughout the whole process and couldn't have asked for a better team. Both Dan and Nate are experts and top of their craft. Feeling lucky that we got them on our job. Would hire Blue Frog definitely again. 10/10
Pros: excellent service and work

Cons: will be biggest expense BUT this is worth it!

Ask for Nate and Dan for a job well done

Very fair pricing & not trying to over sell anything. On time, nice, informative, didn't try to sell me tons of work for $. Definitely pleased

I had a line leaking slowly, called and scheduled an appointment. Nate showed up promptly at the beginning of the window of time I was given, and did all the work requested quickly. Professional, friendly and very polite. Will definitely call again if I have any plumbing problems.

I have used Blue Frog exclusively for about 3 years. Have spend $2000.00 to $3000.00 in plumbing. Paid for their top tier service etc. Called today 3 times for a badly clogged toilet. Only toilet in the house. Never got a call back. The office closed at 3 pm but my first phone call was before that. Left msgs with answering service after that and never got a call back. You be the judge.

I recently had very bad experiences with bluefrog service. I had a water leaking problem to be fixed. They arranged an appointment one week later, even I told them this is an emergency. The reason I called them because it was bluefrog installed a new water system year ago, but it's already having leaking problem. Finally the technician came to the house and checked the leaking. However, instead of fixing the problem, he kept recommend to replace a water heater. They seem only like to work on ""big"" project"" with high cost. Eventually, the technician left house without fixing the leaking but charged $77 ""visit fee"". BTW, their quote for the water heater is above everyone's quote.
I will Never use their service again.

This company has the worst customer service I have ever encountered. They put in a brand new plumbing system in spring 2016 for our renovated home. We had problems with the plumbing ever since, including overflowing toilets, a bathtub that doesn't drain and backs up, as well as leaking pipes in the basement. Concerned that there wasn't enough pitch, we asked the company to come take a look again (after we replaced the toilet, thinking it was our fault). They came out and once I explained the many problems we were experiencing, the owner of the company agreed to ""make it right"" and fix the pitch in the basement. We haven't heard from them since and have looked elsewhere to fix our plumbing problems. Unfortunate way to do business considering we spend thousands of dollars to upgrade the plumbing in the first place.

Blue Frog wanted to charge me $249 plus tax to fix a seal on a Kohler toilet. Did it myself for $7.43 and 5 minutes of my time.

I called Blue Frog to look at a toilet that would not stop running. I couldn't get an appt for almost a week. I was given a two hour window, after being 20 minutes late, we got a call saying he was on the way. I showed him the toilet and the damaged seal. He said Blue Frog would replace the entire mechanism, along with the supply line because the supply line also had a rubber gasket and usually within 6 months of replacing one the other one would need replacement. The price is $249.00. I told him ""I could get a new toilet for that price"" and he asked how much I expected it to cost. I said $100, but admitted I didn't know anything about plumbing. He went on to tell me about the warranty and the great reviews the company had. I told him I wanted to get another estimate. A friend took a look at it. We went to Home Depot purchased the seal for $7.43, watched a YouTube video, and 5 minutes later the problem was fixed.

After much frustration with another local plumber, I called Blue Frog Plumbing to re-do some hot water heater connections. Steve Saleski did a great job, and the folks in the office were very easy to deal with. I would highly recommend them.

Bluefrog plumbing did an excellent job fixing a broken kitchen faucet for me on the holiday weekend. Nate went the extra mile to do a great job and was able to pick up the hardware for the repair. The group communicated well amongst themselves to schedule the appointment and confirm details of the job. Job well done!! Hooray! Before and after photos. If your looking for a plumber or have a plumbing issue contact them.

If I could give this company a negative rating I would. I was having a new kitchen counter top put on so I had them come out to give me an estimate of the cost to disconnect & then reconnect the sink. Al from Blue Frog tried telling me it would cost around $700.00. I almost laughed in this idiots face. Then he tried telling me that if another company gave me a lower figure it was because they weren't going to do it right. I don't know if this guy thought that because I was female I was stupid or what but he obviously was trying to RIP ME OFF! I ended up having the work done by Macca and they charged $170 which is the going rate.
