We had a broken toilet flange in our bathroom. The Bluefrog customer service person returned my call within one hour. Both technicians we had come to our home were extremely professional and helpful. Prior to starting any work, they gave us a very detailed description/quote on what the work they would perform. Overall, I eould rate this company excellent, and would not hesitate to have them for a return visit.

In the email they sent pictures of metal pipes but they put in pvc. I was willing to pay the stated price so that it didnt look like a crack head did it.Roughly 700 hr..Insane

Rich came on the same day we called which is unusual. Diagnosed the problem explained the situation and gave us a quote and even told us some other things we could do in the future. He fixed the problem quickly and professionally. Very friendly and was great with our overly friendly dog. Highly recommend and will definitely use again when the need arises.

Dan and Nate were just stellar! We did a complete renovation of our master bathroom from 1968. Over Christmas break we called Blue Frog to help us install new Pex plumbing and our double vanity, toilet and shower. They were incredibly professional throughout the whole process and couldn't have asked for a better team. Both Dan and Nate are experts and top of their craft. Feeling lucky that we got them on our job. Would hire Blue Frog definitely again. 10/10

I had a line leaking slowly, called and scheduled an appointment. Nate showed up promptly at the beginning of the window of time I was given, and did all the work requested quickly. Professional, friendly and very polite. Will definitely call again if I have any plumbing problems.

I have used Blue Frog exclusively for about 3 years. Have spend $2000.00 to $3000.00 in plumbing. Paid for their top tier service etc. Called today 3 times for a badly clogged toilet. Only toilet in the house. Never got a call back. The office closed at 3 pm but my first phone call was before that. Left msgs with answering service after that and never got a call back. You be the judge.

I recently had very bad experiences with bluefrog service. I had a water leaking problem to be fixed. They arranged an appointment one week later, even I told them this is an emergency. The reason I called them because it was bluefrog installed a new water system year ago, but it's already having leaking problem. Finally the technician came to the house and checked the leaking. However, instead of fixing the problem, he kept recommend to replace a water heater. They seem only like to work on ""big"" project"" with high cost. Eventually, the technician left house without fixing the leaking but charged $77 ""visit fee"". BTW, their quote for the water heater is above everyone's quote.
I will Never use their service again.
