Bluefrog Plumbing + Drain

I called Bluefrog to replace a kitchen faucet and check out a noisy bathroom toilet. They did a great job, starting with Amanda who handles their scheduling. The technician was on-time, friendly and efficient. He explained our options and met our expectations for work quality. I did not feel that he was trying to upsell me, which has been our experience with some other plumbers. I will definitely call Bluefrog next time we need plumbing services.

Bluefrog replaced a broken toilet for us. They were quick to respond, offered a free quote, did the work the same day as the quote. Cory did an excellent job, using care in every regard. We had a couple competitive bids and Bullfrog helped us a bit on the cost. A thank you note from the owner came today. Services, and especially plumbing, is a hard business - it is not easy to get great Yelp ratings. Bullfrog has earned those ratings and it is a pleasure to write this review and highly recommend them!

Brennan was just here. At 11:15 last night my disposal decided it would drip water from the cracked cylinder! Why can't this happen at 9AM during the week. He repaired that, repaired my guest sink faucet that needed a hammer replaced, had to make a run to the store for the new faucet, and was done in 3 hours. He is an excellent teacher, is upfront with all prices, and gives his opinion, and I set up an account with their company. They will be maintaining my water heater, too. Very kind and reliable.

Updating to five stars. We had a plumbing emergency with flooding in the basement and Bluefrog was so extremely helpful. I was able to get an appointment soon. Ryan Riggs helped us out and explained things clearly and gave us our best options.

It's never fun dealing with issues like this but it honestly went as smoothly as possible. We even got a stuffed blue frog for our toddler.

Tried charging me $380 to snake a bathroom sink drain. Found another company here that got it done for $85! 4 1/2 times cheaper. Be aware of who you hire. While I appreciate the owner chiming in to tell a bold face lie, I posted a screenshot of what I was told.

Bluefrog' was amazing. Cody finished installing our hot water tank on time and at the exact price that they quoted. He cleaned everything up, hauled away the old tank and explained everything. I would definitely use them again.
