Blue Frog Plumbing and Drain of West Houston saved the day!
The sink in my guest bathroom became clogged, and because my AC condensate drain line is tied into that sink, the bowl would continuously fill with water and overflow. I tried several methods to unclog the drain myself, without success. I made an appointment with Blue Frog Plumbing and Drain of West Houston and they responded very quickly. Within a few minutes after arrival, CJ identified the clogged locations and cleared the obstructions. My drains are working properly now with no issues. Special thanks to Jill, who understood my issue during the initial call, explained the process very clearly and even followed-up after the service was completed to ensure 100% satisfaction. A huge THANK YOU to CJ, who was very professional, extremely knowledgeable and made the necessary repairs in a timely manner.

Owner Kris Stewart has an issue differentiating customers from employees. Employees put in the wrong part? Customers fault! Employees didn't report the work they did? Customers fault! Employees leave screws loose on my natural gas heater leaking gas into my attic? Customers fault!

At what point are the licensed employees responsible for bad work? According to Kris Stewart, never! You are supposed to watch their employees, document their work as they go, check their parts, and check all of their screws. $400 / hour isn't enough for these guys to do a good job.

As owner Kris Stewart told me multiple times, "plumbing is a dirty business".

Attached is a photo of the "new in box" controller that, as owner Kris Stewart tried to remind me several times, I can't prove it didn't come out of the box used. Their employees were simply tricked by the supplier!

WOW, WOW, WOW, I don't know what else to say. After the freeze of 2021 I tried to contact my local plumber only to find out that he had moved to Austin. I was in a panic with a broken pipe and no water. After contacting several "well known" companies, some who wouldn't respond, some who quoted two weeks for any service and a couple who just blew me off with false promises Bluefrog came through. Despite the overwhelming work load Bluefrog kept in contact with me, provided a service date with in days of contacting them and sent out a fantastic Plumber, Alfredo. They actually got to me a day earlier that promised and Alfredo was absolutely great. He found the leak doing minimal damage to our walls, repaired it and cleaned up before we checked the house for any other issues. Alfredo was professional and great to deal with. On top of all that the price for the repair was totally reasonable. We had one plumber who said it would be $300 just to come by. At a time when plumbing companies could have charged anything Alfredo gave us a very reasonable quote and price. Bluefrog now had a new customer for life. Thank You!
