Renter Beware! We rented a large holding tank for our trailer which was to be emptied weekly. Holding tank was not fully emptied yet we were billed for full pump load. After receiving a ton of push back from owner he finally returned to empty tank and was extremely rude about it. Wife of owner was just as rude over the phone. Sharp tone used and extremely rude. Very poor customer service. I would never waste my time on using their services again. Sorry i even took the time to post this message but wanted to prevent others from falling victim to their poor service.

Owner may be nice but secretary is rude and unknowledgable. She actually hung up on me after referring me to another Septic business for a service they provide. Definitely going to ""not"" recommend them to anyone who has a septic problem.
