I began my journey as a Plumbing Helper in 2001. My first job was with a local company in Cambridge, MD. I learned the trade directly from experienced, old-school plumbers. Before long, I was leading my own crew and handling jobs independently within that company. Since this company focused mainly on residential service, I sought to expand my knowledge of the trade. I chose to leave and join a bigger company that primarily worked in new construction. I spent a few more years with that contractor. Yet, I was still not satisfied with my level of knowledge. I secured a position with a prominent contractor out of Wilmington, DE, that encompassed all facets of plumbing. I knew this was the ideal step for my career. I entered their Commercial Division as a plumber, and after just one year, I was elevated to Foreman, overseeing significant commercial projects. With 15+ years in the field, I made the decision to open my own company in 2016.
