This whole experience has been a nightmare for me. I am a Senior citizen who needed her gate fixed. The gate door needed a new latch. I called Lennie and he sent Ron. Ron did not want to install a new latch. He wanted to use a pull cord to open it from the inside. I had to talk him into doing the right thing and putting in a new latch. Ron said it would cost more money then the original quote. I agreed. He had to go shopping for the new latch. I never got a receipt. It took him 2 days to put the new latch in and I could tell from the looks of it that it was not done right. The latch broke later that night with the wind. Ron promised to return the next day to repair it. I phone Ron when he didnt show up as promised and he kept giving me excuses as to why he couldnt show up. I called Lennie, the owner when I couldnt get ahold of Ron and he has blocked my number. I cant leave a message because the messages are blocked. Ron is not answering his phone. The latch is still broken. I was overbilled for the job and Ron refusing to provide proof of completion and no paid receipt. These guys are Very unprofessional. They Dont provide proof of work or paid invoices or receipt. I have never in my life dealt with such incompetence or lack of skill. You are better off doing it yourself. If I could I would rate this 0 stars. Do not hire these guys.

I recommended Leonard to a client and the entire experience has been a nightmare! I have never worked with anyone that is SO unprofessional. From not showing up when he said he would, showing up and leaving without notice only to be ghosted for days on end, lack of communication, the extended period of time (3+ weeks) to complete the job, over-billing for the job then changing the billing several times (both up & down), to refusing to provide proof of completion and/or a paid invoice, this guy is NOT the guy for the job.

Called Lenny out for the first to address an urgent need for a water heater replacement because there was no hot water. Lenny and his team saved the day by picking up the water heater and installing it in record time for a reasonably, non-exhorbitant rate. Thanks Lenny!

Not reliable. Unprofessional. Disappearing act. Lenny avoids receipts/contracts so he can deny he ever did work for you and then blames bad reviews on ""competitors"". You're better off watching a YouTube video and doing the work yourself.

My husband tried to put up wood panels in our backyard, the job was harder than he anticipated. We called Blue Water Handyman. Not only did they put up the panels they redid the ones my husband did. He was professional and his prices were reasonable. Lenny and his team did a great job!!! We found our handyman! We already hired him for our next project. 3-16-22 12:30pm to 8:45pm to replace dryer outlet that I pd for, move outlet just 1 and replace shower head and knobs that I bought. Water off for 6hrs with baby and animals, said he had to get a part over 2 1/2 hrs go by before I called him. Really shotty work and at the end of it all said it is what it is, so I made him come back to make things right. Lenny did come back and gave me back some money but in the end said his family would be eating Roman for the week. Even though Lenny will not give me my receipt that's what he does to say I never worked for you. My amazing neighbors took lots of pictures and video of Lenny and friend and from start to finish.

Do not contract with this man/ firm. Sloppy work when you can get him to show up at all. Misrepresents what work needs to be completed and what he has actually done. NOT REPUTABLE.
