I called and was told i would get a call back, no call, the next morning I called and I got a recording that said they would call me back if I was a member of thier program, I was never ask if I was a member, this is not good business, I told the women I had COPD and need my AC back on ASAp, she said I would get a call back.

It all started the Thursday before Christmas last year. Our furnace died. Completely DOA. Many businesses had already closed for the holiday. Blue Stream came right out, went over several different units, got the unit and had everything ready by midday on Friday.
We decided to have our system serviced for the Winter.
Rob came out, checked everything, recommended a few things, and answered all our questions. Rob was very understanding, professional, pleasant, and quick. I would highly recommend Rod and Blue Stream to any one who asked!

Called for an estimate on the installation of a split-mini air conditioning system. Had to take time off work for estimater to come out. The person shows on time, takes a look at what would be involved for the estimate and states he will email me the estimate. Double checked my email with estimator prior to him leaving. Never received an estimate, even checking junk mail just in case. Did not get a phone call until a month later saying they are going to close my ticket. Wasted my time. If the company didn't want to give an estimate they should have not even made the appointment.

Blue Stream is fantastic!! Three years ago we were looking to replace our air conditioner and heater and John spent time with us and listened to the problems we had with our old system and what we wanted out of the new system. He took time to figure out exactly what we needed and presented a great package. The experience has been wonderful from the initial appointment to the present. Blue Stream is very knowledgeable and friendly putting the customer first. We have been very happy with our new system. They come out spring and fall and give the air conditioner and heater a check up. In the mean time our water heater went out and John was able to replace it very quickly. They have also fixed a faucet on the outside of the house. They are a one stop place to go for anything you need fixed around the house. I am so glad that I made the call to Blue Stream, John and his staff our wonderful!! Thanks Again Blue
