I called Efrain at 9 am this morning and he said he could come snake my kitchen drain between 11 am and noon. He was on time, clean, friendly, polite and had my drain running in 10 minutes. Price was competitive...some may charge $60, others $150 for same work..Efrain charged $85.

Efrain is the man to go to for all your plumbing needs. He's very knowledgeable and treated me and my wife with the utmost respect and fabulous service. He told us about the work we needed and jumped right on it. Very diligent and professional. I wouldn't hire another plumber. We were told by another plumber that we had six gas leaks and we needed to repipe our whole gas line. Efrain came out with his worker and his son and fixed them all along with some other things that were on our home inspection report. I will say it again...great service from an excellent plumber! Now I can't get a hold of him! Efrain where you at!

Unfortunately, I have had three emergencies in the past two years. I called Blue Streak plumbing and within a few minutes, Efrain had called me back and an appointment was scheduled. He arrived on time, fixed the problem, was professional, polite and gave me hints on how to avoid further repairs. We had Efrain (the owner) came over to our house for faucet replacement, installing water line for refrigerator dispenser as well as installing water filtration under the sink. He was able to give me solutions for better price.

He and his crew came on time and did the whole thing for only 2 hours. Everything was installed properly and we couldn't be happier with the results. He also gave me 90 days labor warranty along with his service.

What a horrible nightmare I woke up this morning with. My upstairs bathroom was flooded. It was 6:40 a.m. and everyone I called would either have a voice mail or would not even answer their phone at this time. When I called my boyfriend for help, he recommended Blue Streak Plumbing. I was upset that he did not come help me personally, however; it was the best thing he ever did was leading me to Efrain from this company. I called and he answered personally and was actually pleasant and sounded very professional. He told me he would be over within an hour and so he was indeed. He checked out the situation and told me exactly what needed to be repaired and how much it would cost. Explained thoroughly what was the problem and gave me two different options...one for short-term and the other for long-term fix. I had never called a plumber before, so I was clueless if this was a fair price. I have to admit while he was working on the plumbing, I called another company and asked them for a quote and they said it would roughly be about $500.00 more PLUS an additional $100.00 for same day service. After Efrain completed this huge job, he saw how stressed out I was and gave me an additional 15% off my bill. He also did not have a ""hidden"" fee for same service. I WHOLE heartily recommend Blue Streak Plumbing. He did such an amazing job with the plumbing and even went far and beyond and helped me clean-up the mess.
